Unlike other keto baking mixes, our Pancake Mix has no unnecessary fillers or junk ingredients like rice flour, soluble corn fiber, veggie oils, or cellulose. Instead, we use coconut flour and almond flour for a filling start to the day as well as MCT oil powder to help support ketosis and focus.

I haven't tried this yet. I bought it for hurricane season (hopefully, I won't need to use it for that) I'm happy to have a keto option!
Easy to make and tasted great. I added a little cinnamon.
Delicious, light and fluffy pancakes, my favourite Sunday morning treat.
I have tried a lot of keto pancake mixes. This stuff is really great! No weird flavors or aftertaste. And they are super simple to throw together. These are the closest thing to the Bob's Red Mill pancakes and waffles my family eats. Will buy again.
Best keto pancake I’ve tried so far…great texture, nice and fluffy, there are definitely more in my future!
