To update your payment information, please follow these simple steps with accompanying screenshots for reference.
1) Head to this link to access your account. Enter your email and click the button that says “send login code”. You will be emailed a verification code to sign in.

2) Enter the four digit code from the email in your inbox with the subject line “perfectketo secure login code: XXXX”

3) Click the “Your Subscription” link at the top of the page.

4) On the right-hand side of this page you’ll see options like “View your next order” and “Address & payment details.” Click “Address & payment details”.

5) Scroll down and click “Manage payment methods”

6) Click the “edit” button

7) For extra security, a window will appear with a blue button to “Send an edit payment link”. Click this button.

8) Next, head to your email inbox and find an email with the subject line “Update your payment method for Perfect Keto” - open the email and click the “Confirm payment information” button.

9) Go to the webpage that opens up and you will see the various payment options you can update (credit card, PayPal or GPay). If you’d like to continue using PayPal, select the PayPal option and click the yellow button to login to PayPal and reconnect it to Perfect Keto. (Note: If you would prefer to use a credit card or GPay, you can enter that information instead).

10) Re-connect to your PayPal account by logging in to PayPal. That’s it! Thank you 🙂
