Perfect Keto April 2023 Ultimate Collagen Giveaway 

  1. SPONSORSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY: This contest is sponsored by Perfect Keto Group, LLC and its respective subsidiaries (“Perfect Keto Group,” “Perfect Keto,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” if not explicitly referring to one company) whose primary place of business is at 1800 E 4th St #101, Austin, TX 78702 USA. This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry; however, the contest is void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Perfect Keto, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 
  1. ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period for the contest begins at 1:00 AM (CST) on April 3, 2023 and ends at midnight on April 7, 2023.

  1. DUTIES OF PARTICIPANTS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

SPONSOR: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules, the terms and conditions of Perfect Keto.com privacy policy which can be found at https://perfectketo.com/privacy/, and the decisions of Perfect Keto, which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Perfect Keto and each of their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, and advertising, promotion, legal advisors, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Perfect Keto that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, or from participation in the contest; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest. If for any reason the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, Perfect Keto will have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at its discretion. 
    2. META INC. : This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Inc. By entering and participating, participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meta Inc. from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) participants’ participation in the contest, or (ii) participants’ participation in any Prize-related activities, acceptance of a Prize, and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)).
  1. VIOLATION OF CONTEST RULES: Perfect Keto reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 
  1. SELECTION OF WINNER; CHANCES OF WINNING: The Prize will be randomly selected from a list of Ultimate Collagen Giveaway participants. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winner will be selected on or around April 10, 2023.

    Perfect Keto reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. All taxes on Prize are the winner’s responsibility. 
  1. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The winner will be notified by electronic mail. Perfect Keto will attempt to re-send said email up to three times. If the winner does not respond to the email within 24 hours of its transmission, or should the email be returned as undeliverable after three attempts, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner may not substitute or transfer Prize. If a potential winner is deemed a minor in the state/territory of his/her residence, the Prize may be awarded, at Perfect Keto’s sole discretion, in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, and said parent or legal guardian will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on the winner set forth herein.
  1. PERMISSIONS: Except where prohibited by law, entry into this contest constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, hometown, and likeness for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. The winner may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and a publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving the Prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of the Prize.

GOVERNING LAW: This contest is governed by and subject to the laws of Texas, and all disputes will be decided in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, notwithstanding any provisions concerning choice of law. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Perfect Keto reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorney’s fees and costs) from such individual to the fullest extent of the law.
