Memberships Terms and Conditions

  1. MEMBERSHIP
    1. In order for you to purchase products from our web stores, you may need to become a Member by purchasing a Membership.  Information regarding Membership can be found on our Membership Page including our Membership Fees. All Membership Fees are paid in advance for the Membership Term; such term will vary based on the initial membership period you selected, i.e. 1 year, 1 month, etc. (the “Membership Term”).  In addition to these terms and conditions, all purchases at www.perfectketo.com are governed by our Terms of Service  and our Privacy Policy which are incorporated here by reference. 
    2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS: All Memberships renew automatically for the Membership Term, at the then-current Membership rate, until you cancel. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT PERFECT KETO MEMBERSHIP, IN ANY FORM, CONTINUES INDEFINITELY UNLESS OR UNTIL YOU CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP.  IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE THEN-CURRENT RATE ($48.95 FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS, 9.95 FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS) ON EACH ANNIVERSARY UNTIL YOU CANCEL. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including any charges processed by Perfect Keto Group after the expiration date of your payment card, where applicable.
    3. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MEMBERSHIPS: You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting our Member Services team by visiting your Account page. Upon cancellation you will not be charged for any subsequent renewal periods and your Membership will not continue past the then current Membership Term. However, all Membership Fees paid prior to termination of your Membership are non-refundable and you shall be responsible for any charges for the Membership prior to your cancellation.   Annual members may cancel for any reason within their first 30 days of membership for a full refund; such persons at time of cancellation will forfeit their ability to place orders with Perfect Keto Group at the time of their cancellation confirmation. If you place an order after your cancellation has gone into effect, you will be charged at the then-current rate for a non-refundable annual Membership.
    4. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP PRICE: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Memberships, Services, or any components thereof in any manner and at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes or changes to your Membership Fees will take effect following notice to you.
    5. By enrolling in the Membership Program, you will be automatically subscribed to receive and consent to receiving Membership Program-related emails, and marketing and promotional emails from Perfect Keto and its affiliated companies and brands.
    6. You may opt-out of receiving Perfect Keto marketing emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email or as otherwise provided in the Privacy Policy, but operational emails will still be sent to you as they relate to your membership in the Membership Program.  Examples of these include, but are not limited to, a redemption confirmation email, a new points acquisition email, a profile update email, or other communications that relate to your account.  If you terminate your Membership Program membership, you will no longer receive Membership Program-related communications.
  2. Trial Membership Offers
    1. Trial Membership Offers: Perfect Keto Group may offer  free trial Memberships (“Free Trial”). The terms and conditions of such Free Trial will be communicated to you when you sign up for the Free Trial.
    2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FOR TRIAL PERIODS: Once your Free Trial ends, we will begin billing your designated payment method the then-current annual Membership Fee (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) on a recurring basis on each annual anniversary (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) for your Membership Term until you cancel your Membership. 
    3. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TRIAL PERIODS: You may cancel your Free Trial at any time prior to the end of your applicable trial period by contacting Member Services
  3. Modification of Service or Terms; Errors 
    1. Modification: Perfect Keto Group reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (i) limit the available quantity or discontinue any product or service; (ii) impose conditions on the honoring of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, or other similar promotion; (iii) bar any user from making or completing any or all Transaction(s); (iv) refuse to provide any user with any product or service and (v) modify any terms in these Terms and Conditions.
    2. Typographical Errors:  We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order was submitted and accepted). In the event that a product sold is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or an incorrect amount is charged to your payment card, Perfect Keto Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Perfect Keto Group shall issue a credit to your payment method account.
    3. Prices & Reference Prices
      Prices for Memberships and any products made available through the Services are subject to change without notice.  Our webstore utilizes reference prices throughout the Platform which are the typical non-member prices paid for the product.   Reference Prices do not imply or guarantee that a customer cannot purchase the product at a lower cost with a different vendor, and may not reflect the prevailing market price of a product. We do not guarantee the accuracy of such materials and information.  Although we make efforts to maintain the accuracy of information maintained on our Platform, including pricing information and product details, we may occasionally make errors in the stated prices on the Platform. If there is an error, we will in our discretion attempt to correct the mistake.
