How do I update my credit card on my account?


We have been experiencing a temporary glitch in our billing system that is preventing our subscribers from updating their card on file in their Account Manager.

If the glitch is affecting you, you will receive a "gateway rejection:avs" code when you put in your card after you log in. When this happens, your subscription(s) will become inactive and will disappear from view on your account. We are doing this to prevent unwanted purchases from going through. 

If you're wanting to continue with your subscriptions, we'll need you to sign up again and go through the check out process the same way when you first signed up.

Note: If you can still see your subscriptions as active in your account, then the glitch has not affected your account. You can Contact our Care Team since your subscriptions have not been deactivated.
