My order is already shipped, can I still cancel?

How do I return my product?

We are happy to accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase - even if it has been opened.  We have an amazing and very simple to use, self-service Returns Center. This portal allows you to request a return shipping label and handle the entire returns process. We accept returns no matter the reason and whether you opened your product or not. My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

Don't worry we will get you out a replacement product ASAP. Please contact us with your order number, lot number on the bottom of the tub, a photo of the damage, and the best address for a reship. Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free standard ground shipping for all orders over $75. To meet the $75 minimum, your cart total must be $75 after discounts.
