We accept returns for a full refund or replacement on any product purchased in the last 30 days - even if it has been opened. Our return process is incredibly simple and designed for ease of use. Just follow these simple steps below to return your order for a full refund.
1. Please go to our Returns Center
2. Enter your order number and zip code
3. Choose the reason for a return
4. Print out your return shipping label and mail it out via USPS
5. Wait 3-5 business days for the refund
Important Note: You cannot use the Returns Center if you order a bundle or multipack. If you ordered one of these, please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected].
