How do I update my credit card on my account?

We have been experiencing a temporary glitch in our billing system that is preventing our subscribers from updating their card on file in their Account Manager. If the glitch is affecting you, you will receive a "gateway rejection:avs" code when you put in your card after you log in. When this happens, your subscription(s) will become inactive and will disappear from view on your account. We are doing this to prevent unwanted purchases from going through.  If you're wanting to continue with your subscriptions, we'll need you to sign up again and go through the check out process the same way when you first signed up. How do I earn and redeem points?

UPDATE: We are closing the points program. After April 15, 2023 purchases will no longer be eligible for earning points. Points will then be redeemable until April 15, 2024. You can earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in our store. We also offer points for actions such as following us on social media or adding your birthday to your account. You can redeem your points in your account for discounts that can be used on future orders. The smallest discount is $10 or 100 points. Here is how you can earn points and redeem them:

How do I change the order frequency for my subscription?

We make it very easy to change how often you receive your subscribe & save orders.  Here are the quick steps: 1. Log into your Account Portal 2. In the top panel, click on "Your Subscription" 3. On the lefthand panel, under "Your Next Shipment", click on "Deliver Every" 4. You can choose between 30 days, 45 days, and 60 days Note: Changing your subscription will not automatically change your next order date.
