Am I responsible for customs/duties fees?

Duties and customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we are unable to give advice as to whether your destination country will impose a customs fee and how much that customs fee will be. Thank you for your understanding.

My package is being sent to the wrong address, how do I correct that?

Please contact us and we can try to edit it before it leaves the warehouse. To contact us on your desktop, please hit the "Contact" button in the top right corner of your screen. On a mobile device hit the "Contact" in the menu at the top of your screen. Also, you can always just shoot us a direct email at [email protected]. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible.

How does shipping work?

We do our best to ship out your orders as soon as possible. Within the United States, all shipping is free with a $60 order minimum and you will typically receive your order within 3-7 business days. If you're outside the United States, shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks. In Canada, it is about $17 per order if you order 4 or fewer products. Depending on your country, there could be customs limitations so please check your country's policies and fees before ordering. Once we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking info so you can follow the order during transit. Tracking oftentimes takes 1-2 days to update once we ship it out. How do I update my credit card on my account?

We have been experiencing a temporary glitch in our billing system that is preventing our subscribers from updating their card on file in their Account Manager. If the glitch is affecting you, you will receive a "gateway rejection:avs" code when you put in your card after you log in. When this happens, your subscription(s) will become inactive and will disappear from view on your account. We are doing this to prevent unwanted purchases from going through.  If you're wanting to continue with your subscriptions, we'll need you to sign up again and go through the check out process the same way when you first signed up. How do I earn and redeem points?

UPDATE: We are closing the points program. After April 15, 2023 purchases will no longer be eligible for earning points. Points will then be redeemable until April 15, 2024. You can earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in our store. We also offer points for actions such as following us on social media or adding your birthday to your account. You can redeem your points in your account for discounts that can be used on future orders. The smallest discount is $10 or 100 points. Here is how you can earn points and redeem them:
