We ship to almost all countries but each country has it's own customs rules and regulations that can delay or stop shipments. What is the standard shipping time in the US?

Standard shipping time is 3-7 business days once it is en route. The tracking number that we emailed you is the best source for the most accurate delivery timeline. My package says it was delivered but I can't find it. What is the next step?

The next step is to reach out to the local courier that made the final delivery. It is typical for DHL to hand off to the local courier(USPS in the US). You can find that tracking code in top right-hand box of your DHL Tracking. The local courier will be able to tell you if this was a mis-scan and can reach out to the courier on the route.
