We are happy to accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase - even if it has been opened.  We have an amazing and very simple to use, self-service Returns Center. This portal allows you to request a return shipping label and handle the entire returns process. We accept returns no matter the reason and whether you opened your product or not. The best way is to Contact Us and we will try to cancel your order for you if it has not been sent out yet. If you're order already shipped out, don't worry! We can email you a return shipping label so you will still receive a full refund and we'll pay for the return shipping.   To Contact Us on your desktop hit the "Contact" button in the top right corner of your screen.
