My order is already shipped, can I still cancel?

Of course! We are more than happy to set you up with a return for any reason within 30 days. To get a return shipping label and to get setup with a return, please go to our Returns Center.  Still having trouble? How do I return my product?

We are happy to accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase - even if it has been opened.  We have an amazing and very simple to use, self-service Returns Center. This portal allows you to request a return shipping label and handle the entire returns process. We accept returns no matter the reason and whether you opened your product or not. How do I cancel my order?

The best way is to Contact Us and we will try to cancel your order for you if it has not been sent out yet. If you're order already shipped out, don't worry!
